I am all for alcohol (when I am not preggo).
But to relax, drinking probably isn't the most responsible way to do it when you are sole caregiver.

I am preggo and can’t drink a ‘specialty’ drink. But I want something warm.
I can’t do the caffine anymore before bed. But I am sick of fruity citrusy teas.
I will call it a “Cup a –Vanilly”
1tsp or tbs depending on what strength of tea / flavour you like.
1tsp maple syrup
Boiling water to fill large mug
A splash of cream
Yum.
